My edits on how more life could be brought to the scene. Bring the white balance back to get rid of the global yellow tone and utilize the value range better while slightly boosting contrast.
lol it says you already own it cause that's their way of enabling the spectator client. They just put that version up and unlocked it globally so anyone can download it. What you're downloading is the spectator client.
Material, probably not. Vertex color, I'm not sure but try this. Zbrush paints to vertex color so maybe. http://download.autodesk.com/global/docs/maya2014/en_us/index.html?url=files/Coloring_polygons_Make_vertex_colors_visible.htm,topicNumber=d30e167413
Lighting/Shading -> Tranfer Maps is what you are looking for, its Mayas own texture baker. Read about the output maps in the docs: http://download.autodesk.com/global/docs/maya2013/en_us/files/Lightingshading__Transfer_Maps.htm
Try Changing the Global Supersampler to Hammersley and set it's Quality from .5 to 1. These options can be found in the Projection Mapping section of RTT by clicking Options button, then clicking Setup in the Filtering options section.
Yes it does, in the Panels menu you can use Tear Off to make a new window. http://download.autodesk.com/global/docs/maya2012/en_us/index.html?url=files/Basics_Menus_Panels_menu_.htm,topicNumber=d28e85107
I usually just make my cage in Xnormal's 3D viewer by adjusting the global cage extrusion. So, however long it takes to load all the models, plus about thirty seconds or so.
Yeah, I does work like I planned at first! but, hmmm...at the current state of the script we cant really make it as a global function and use it across many other scripts locally, right?
