If I had started to get into the high poly prep I would have covered the corners, you're totally right the diagonal corner is something to avoid. Since it came up, here is a easy way to get a box corner with splines. You still get all the advantages of working with a spline, very simple UVs without having to unwrap… -

Wouln't you save money in the long run due to a lower electricity cost with a lower wattage and higher efficiency power supply? Or is it really only a matter of what the various components average power draw is? I knocked off about $8 a month from my electric bill by switching my wife from a standard desktop PC to that… -

more work on foliage! I added papyrus plants, water lillys and lotus flowers, also added animated glowing plankton effect in the water and started tweaking post processing and lighting a bit more. -
