Agreed with the comments posted above. I also notice that the textures don't match 100%. If the metal is that beat up and worn out, why isn't the paint on the walls? The saturation levels are a little high. And the wall texture seems to be scaled a little too large. Stretch out those UVs just a little bit more perhaps.…
when i clicked the thread, i was a little dissapointed ... not because youve done a bad job. its actually pretty cool. its just not a battle babe... i would have gone for "chick cought up in a gang war", because she doesnt scream out "battle hardened, kick your ass" kinda babe. just my 2 cents =]
i was just thinking exactly what diminished self said... you're not going to be rendering this in game, so at least model the windows and little details like that. i mean if it's a small tiny flash game or something like that, this is already more than fine...but you don't have to limit yourself for something like this.…

looks good for the most part.. the first kick with the chick is a little to quick, you cant really tell what kind of kick its supposed to be. also at the end of that kick (0:43 second mark.) she has to much hip movement. the kneeing to what looks like might be the head or the ribs looks a little stiff. just my 2 cents.

I´m no anatomy expert but here are my two cents, your legs extend beyond the eight head measurement you are going for and the body is generally two heads wide but yours goes a bit further and makes the head look smaller. Sorry about the half assed paint over, i´m not much of a 2d artist heh, hope it helps anyway
don't get too hung up on really specific rendering features. an engine is more than a renderer. you could make an RTS with any engine I have ever touched, just find one you enjoy working in with good docs and an active community. and don't expect everything to be like cryengine if you're leaving cryengine anyways! just 2…
I just wanted to drop-in my two cents here. Above it was recommended to NOT create your Source scenes entirely in Max. I do all the time using Wall Worm. You can export brush geometry and a VMF with it as well as models, textures, etc. Also, here is some info on the WW forums about exporting directly from Max into SFM.
