perosnally I find games industry more attractive than working in post production/ advertising. You actually get more time to finish stuff in games and they treat you like a semi human at times. Also what would you rather be working on, a nappy advert or some exciting new game? I bet you work at either Nexus or Pipedreams:) -

I wish I could help you but sadly I do not know anything about biped rigging. I never knew it actually existed. I have only being rigging with joints and controls for the past two years because that is what I have seen game developers do in their games .
