well that's an average temp, if the thermal paste was uneven, then certain areas were probably getting hotter than others. 130c in some areas and 60c in others... It was happening quite a bit when people would do their own paste, which is one of the reasons they started applying it for everyone heh.
60k ia around what an intermediate will be making in Montreal. 30k is roughly what an Entry Level will be making in Montreal. 20k is Minimum wage. $9.65/h 40 Hours a week = $386.00 52 Weeks = $20,072 I would hope you're making more than minimum wage.
I'm going to assume $250 or $270, but they could always put a Sony tax on it and sell it for 300, simply because it would sell out regardless, and probably go for $600 on eBay. Seriously. that said I'm totally getting one day 1, but I really, REALLY hope it's not $300.
Hi hows it going? Want to get some feedback on my work, tell me what you think. 214 tris 1480 tris 92 tris 250 tris used meshlab to get the low poly 600 tris for all 4 of them.

You plan to find out. Game docs always get done at the beginning, then change as prototyping dictates what work and doesn't work. But a lot of word processing comes first. Game design 101.
then how do you make ends meet? How is going indie a viable alternative to a job that pays $40-60k a year? Satisfaction with making a game doesn't pay the bills or put food on the table.
I'm pretty sure the Quadro equivalent of the $600 GTX 1080 is $2000. That does not give you any performance benefit in any modeling application (non CAD) or game engine for game asset creation.
Granted, you're counting studios with employees that post on polycount, it's hard to find solid numbers but there is about 600+ game studios in North America so you might be off by a couple thousand character positions.
Thanks man.I read that too. I also read about the 600 series being crippled in Maya. What's your generated frame rate of you have a couple million polygons on the view port?
