RIP I saw that tabloid with the "Patrick Swayze Goes Home To Die!" headline too, the picture they had with it made his eyes look like there were really popping out of his head. Sad to literally see him wither away over the past few months.
For mentalray you just need a simple skylight. You need to instance the hdri texture into the skylights color parameter. Then you need to activate the photographic exposure control. For scenes with hard sunlight its better to use a directional light for the sun except of only using the hdri. To make your scenes render…
This thread is super inspiring and got me back on track, but I'm wondering... Is there anything you guys are unwilling to give up for your diet? For me, it's beer. I realize it's definitely against my best interests but I gotta enjoy my weekend beer. As I type this I am many beers in (a guy at the bar came up and even gave…
Another update:- I've just used Topogun for the first time, creating two tshirts. I used the cloth modifier in Max to get them resting on top of the hutch then I retopo'd them in Topogun. I'm quite pleased with how they turned out, I haven't finished the texture yet though, I plan to go in and add stitching. I've also…
That's really weird. The following two suggestions will delete your custom hotkeys and menus. 1. Try going to Customize > Customize UI and Default Switcher and pick Default UI. See if that helps. But it felt good to get back on the horse. Spent a Saturday Google hangin with Ryan Kingslien in an open studio class. This is the result. Fleet Captain Minos
Hey, liking your design, real fresh and clean :) But the leaves dont seem so fresh and clean as everything else, more old and withered, not sure if its been mentioned but have you considered increasing the saturation on them or even turning them green? I think that would go along better with the overall design :)
My hope is that this vapid rant goes away. It gets repeated ad nauseam and it's withering to listen to it, over and over again. LOTS of games have fun, unique gameplay. If you can't find them, you aren't looking hard enough. If it's really that important to you, then don't buy the latest "Call of Honor : Duty Soldier".
and if possible add an auto cage generator, tho this might be hard without having a native 3D viewer to assess the cage to check wither it intersect the high res mesh and/or overlap itself in tight areas. and you could add an option to export the cage for further tweaking in a 3D application if needed.
