so... put a piece of electrical tape over the infrared sensor and keep rollin? This is like the RFID chips in passports that you can smash with a hammer without voiding the legality passport itself.
Well as he mentions, "Weight Hammer". Google informs me that it's a native tool in Maya since a few version back. You should be able to google about it and find it in your menus.
whosoever wields this hammer should he be deemed worthy... er something like that nice start. for listening as your working on this [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eABVwEgzIss[/ame] -woog
i spent the first 45 minutes or so of Black and White 2 frantically hammering every key i have in vain effort to skip all the fucking gabbing ... and that was in-game. Hideous.
Thanks for the comments guys! @ KazeoHin: good observation skills there :D . When I placed the WOLF there i had in mind the final pose of the hammer, but you are right it should be with its nose pointing down.
Dosnt look very much like a hammer, and the design itself is very weak as well, Id really look at some reference and try out some sketches before diving into any more modelling.
DAYMN. Spend the day relaxing, get yourself in a good mood. If you want to work in hammer before the interview, relax and work on something fun. Good luck man! Things sound pretty good!
The shield is too thick. It looks very heavy. A normal Shield was 6-12mm thick but yours looks like 30mm+. Maybe make the iron thinner like iron plates with hammer tracksand rivets.
Seems like you used the same bakelite texture for the grip, the hammer and the safety, but only the grip is made of bakelite. It's quite unlikely those two vital components would be made of some kind of plastic ^^
Thanks guys! Lunch crunch! WIP of my rough zbrush blockout to hammer out the shapes/proportions. I will retopo this to define the edges, panels, and mechanical bits when I've got it all sorted.
