Back with some lighting updates! I think I'm closing in on the finish line for this project. I've learned a ton, and I'm at that stage where I'm telling myself, "finished, not perfect." If anything is still looking off I really want to fix it, but otherwise I think I have 1 or 2 more updates to get this character finalized…

As a matter of fact all the tutorials for version 4 are still relevant for version 5. On top of that, the guys at Allegorithmic are constantly updating the software with bug fixes and new features, that…
There have been a couple updates since my last post. Version 4.1.1 is now available which fixes numerous bugs and a couple of version- and situation-specific crashes. (Version history in original post.) @Ash Yes, the new version is a refreshing update to what is/was bundled with Legacy dDo! Also, I'll go ahead and add that…
Hey, Just want to report a bug with the new mixer version 2018.1.4 No idea what is going on but the new version is like 10000 slower than the previous one, changing a simple Albedo color makes my PC stutter and hang... there is just no way to work like this, no matter if i add a texture or if change something, everything…
No need to uninstall the previous version. Each install is self contained, I usually keep the current and previous UDK on my system. Keep in mind if you save your files with a new version they will not be able to be opened with the previous version. So keep backup copies with the older version if you ever want to go back.
