No problem william. I'm personally working these days with a lot of files from other people. In game studios I've worked with, many artists touch the same models, and often you get outsourcer models in the mix too. Things can get real messy real quick! -

Nice! This seems to be a natural progression for some artists it seems. I've had several friends and acquaintances move onto outsource management or art management after being an art dev for years. Definitely not an easy transition one but a lot of new stuff to learn...seems exciting! Congrats man! -

Oh yeah! Had no idea you worked here man! The outsourcing is a LOT better than it was 5 years ago. :D You should come to Montreal! The Girls are hot here. :P And yeah, it's not linear at all. HUGE open world. And yeah, the animations are being polished too. :) -

The art is there to support the game, at least the 3d art is. keep in mind that this game isn`t one riding on a AAA budget, but yeah don`t play the game if you`re only in it for highend cutscenes that where outsourced and planned months ahead because you wont be getting that here :) . -

wow this sounds pretty bad... UK must not be such a nice place to work, that tax breakdown is utterly ridiculous. I've heard UK companies do alot of outsourcing to china, india and eastern europe, is the common mentality there that the the inhouse artists should be paid as much as the contractors from other countries?
