Hey all, I know this has been asked before and I tried those fixes and neither of them worked. I can't seem to get the script to work regardless of how I try to fix it.
Hey guys I have been recently working on MEL scripting in maya but burst into a problem with ls -sl command. string $selectionList[] = 'ls -sl'; this gives syntax error. I tried a lot and searched through the net but every example is like that. I guess the reason is a foolish one but what can it be?

I'm in need of a script that copies the vertex order from one mesh and transfers them to another mesh. Same tri count and topology. I have tried Morphix for 3dsMax but that doesn't work. :( Any help is really appreciated.

ok once again max blue screened my rig and forgot to save my progress so lost what i had been doing. is there any save scripts/plugins that will say save iratations (sp?) every 5/10mins incase i get into what am doing and forget.. cheers lads :) Chris.

Im doing a mechanical mesh that has a lot of overlapping uv islands that mirror or copy. When I 'select overlapping UVs' in max 2012 UV tools it does not work correctly.. it doesn't select all my overlapping faces so I can rearrange and offset and work on them. Is there any tool or script that does this correctly?
