Oh come on. Surely they couldn't have switched concepts that quickly? Was the horror thing just a rumour cause the visuals, style of these mini dev videos are too different from the first trailer.
Getting back to this, when I first saw it, my immediate thoughts were along the lines of "I want someone to make a mystery survival horror with this...that doesn't suck/isn't gimmicky"...
I saw the image of her posed and the first thing I said was "Oh, God NO!!". So for a horror themed character, I'd say that's the reaction you probably wanted :) Good job.

Really digging the second-to-last sketch you posted. Might be cool to have sivir in the process of turning into stone... maybe her outstretched arm is already stone and breaking apart while she looks on in horror.
