There's nothing wrong with Wordpress for portfolios if you set it up correctly. I use it for mine. It's just a matter of hunting down a nice portfolio template and hammering it into a shape that works well for you.
Hello! I'm a UDK, Hammer, and Unity user looking to become active with the art community. I think I'll have some interesting topics of my own to post soon, as well! :)
well Tits i don't know, nothing fancy and exceptional. Just spent a lot of time placing meshes correctly. yeah Hammer, eyes are too big, it's supposed to be semi realistic :)
Guys, guys. Gav, mr. big dick himself is working on this! thats enough to sell me on it :D I'm sure itll look fantastic, there are some great PC members hammering on it.
it needs some epic blonde dude with an awesome beard and long hair, and a leather jacket, and some wristbands. then give him an axe, or a hammer, or a guitar or something. here's some to choose from:
i took a couple pix of some hammers i have laying around the house, for texture ref etc. straight from the camera so they are huge(8mp) http://johnyontehspot.com/stophammertime/
I was thinking how the have the texture browser in hammer which needs an update and an actual shader editor (that works). Merge the two together if you want that would be fine by me.
Hey how's the hammer coming along? I've seen tutorials that use the Helix in Zbrush, and mess about with Initialize and Deformation to make knots. Might give that a try if you like :)
i think you should invest more time into your assets, the cauldron looks like super messy, not like hammered metal messy, just messy as in sloppy sculpted.
