Find a retailer and try them out. Optimal size is personal. Do you have the desk space for a large tablet? Do you draw from the arm or from the fingers? The last one I saw with a GPU was the HP tx2500. It had an ATI HD3000 in it. I know the new tablets are expensive but frankly drawing directly on the screen has definite advantages.
