Earlier today I was thinking of some ideas for the next generation of hand held game systems. The way I see it hand held game systems are the best place to have a digital download only games platform. My idea is to have the system have a built in hard drive and wifi so you can download games. Have a netflix+live like…
Used Nod32 for 3.5~4 years across 3 machines. Really good, updates are daily. Low on system resources. Used MSE for 1.5 years. Even lower on system resources. Updates are daily. Doesn't have system resource spikes like Nod32 does when it hits a large file. Also MSE scans MUCH faster on deep system scans.
Was Demo 2 an in game Particle/Physics system? Not certain if was in game or not? If these are in game physics and particle systems they seem more advanced then HL2.
The dynamic grass system is also another good source of inspiration and technical direction. https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/dynamic-grass-system
Hello! I am gifted with some extra spare time and thought I should look into FX Fluid systems. And I thought that I'd go ahead and ask you guys and girls which one would be the best? My goal is to bake this FX out onto a texture sheet and use it in a game related FX system. Thank you!
