Theres a little button that looks like a picture frame. That is the insert image button. It's to the left of the speech bubble. Click that then when the input box comes up put the link to your picture.
the reason no one noticed is, everything made on a computer is just pushing buttons you know no real skills involved, just some photoshop filters and magic buttons

According to the workshop importer in game its 1,500 for the plague ward with a 256x256. They're under the ability replacement button rather than the general workshop item button.

u can buy such keyboards everywhere. the 2 buttons on the spacemouse can easily be used with same hand. u press the buttons against the device. not downwards. u press em horizontally. towards the metal. very< easy
under tools > masking lots of buttons there you can just push and see immediate feedback also handy thing in zbrush is hold CTRL while hover over the button and it gives info

i usually do this, also textools transfer button makes this process very fast on a technical sidenote this entire process could be scripted so youd only have to press one button
