Oh, that also reminds me - eSim Games and Eaglesoft both have versions of Steel Beasts and DCS: Black Shark that are specifically used as training simulators by crews of the actual vehicles.
This looks rad. I love how the pilot's mechanised helmet fits the shapes of the beast, like us wearing an Eagle helmet. The teeth-beak at the top of that first image is killer.
Looking good. I think it needs a specular map. Also everything looks a bit too clean and pristine, not like a battle-hardened war beast. Otherwise looking great.

how big is it supposed to be? It looks a little "frail" like a sardine. I imagine a sea beast would be thicker, more buff. Or if it was a fast killer more streamlined, like a sailfish
