The models are extracted using GCF scape, and WoW model viewer. I paid for the rig and resizing script from a guy called Brad Noble.

I've been using Maya for 5 years and still using default interface ^^; I added lots of stuff and scripts to the shelves, but nothing more.

Is any way to speed up the first launch? It takes a ~20 sec to launch at first. Or it's just restriction of python scripting thing?

I thought there is a script made for it. i forgot the name but i know its there. it only works with original Ndo layers. Enjoy

uhh umm .. is that a photoshop script ?? and as i said my problem is assembling and matching different normal maps into the uvs of the whole model.

I would highly recommend you add some sort of tribal/script onto the blindfold instead of a plain line. IMO.
