Retopology Feedback/Critique
I wanted to do something with a less faceted or mid - high poly look. And with some research I found that the Kratos model in GOW3 (2010) has 64,000 polys as a whole, with 5,700 on the face alone. Blender couldn't do anti-aliazing while baking. Couldn't bake UDIM tiles automatically, couldn't bake hard/split edges properly without cage or special support loops. So both Substance soft for example are technically still "better" or rather more convenient and less troublesome. They could average baking ray direction… -

It looks you are going on a right track in terms of edge loops, I'd suggest to work on the ear and jawline for less dense topology in those areas,
