Ott, Does 3DMotive include courses that provide a comprehensive overview of Maya's Turtle renderer which is now included with all versions of Maya? Apart from the short videos at Autodesk, there is seemingly nothing out there online about this game centric baking tool.
Well, he still made a derivative work of their concept but the adaption (i.e. the model) is his and he can forbid derivative works (i.e. anything that includes even a part of the model). I wonder if they've "tainted" other assets by including parts of the model?
@okidoki I think the model is the issue and not substance. If you see the normal image png, it is not messed up (Otherwise both sides would look bad as the texture is repeating. At least that's what I think, not very versed with this ) This is a render of both the models (Eugene's and mine) in the same conditions, Normal…
That's generous - if you count all individual releases in the series (not including ports). I included Anniversary and the Master Collection as single titles in the Halo list. 25th Call of Duty, 12th Halo, 12th Assassin's Creed (I thought there were more too?) So much sequel.
They should be exactly the same! You'll have to test it out for yourself! Just make sure you load the Fresnel warp texture, aka $fresnelwarp that is included in the .zip file, or the one your .vmt specifies. If none are specified the included .tga is the engines default. :) I'm looking into this actually!

I'm making this easier and changing out the lead post to include my most recent updates of the stuff I'm currently working on. In addition, you'll find posts below including various stages etc. I'd really love as much feedback as possible to improve my art and update my portfolio. Updates 3/23/14:
Hey Joachim. We're looking into porting some old assets so we can sell them on the Asset Store. Are there any restrictions on using Shader Forge shaders when including them in an asset bundle? What about including shaders you made as examples for Shader Forge?
Unfortunetly Fox took many liberties with the movie and characters, it's hard to believe Marvel allowed it but they did. And alas, we had to include most of them in the game. But we also included unlockable costumes :) Which have no resembelance to Hugh at all :) Unlock a costume and play through the entire game with it on.
