Yea I agree. One can of soda weighing in at 160 calories, it's a killer. Liquid calories are the worst for ya, they metabolize faster than things your body has to work to break down and because it runs right through your stomach, you get this quick full bloated feeling then that quickly disappears and you're still hungry…
