Have to agree with carter, way frustrating to produce fully-fledged textures using the paint system so that's some pretty neat stuff you've achieved there.

Mongrelman: Does not really help me, since it's to random with me painting over I need it to be uniform. And not being able to relax the borders makes it almost useless.

You can mask off faces which can help in some cases with overspray, but it's probably more useful in something like weight paint than texture paint.
