Really? Wouldn´t that make it look even more pixelated than before? Especially if there´s some stretching going on. @Japhir Long wavy blond hair, 3 days worth of beard and a necklace? :P
[ QUOTE ] ImSlightlyBored - zbrush 3 does have perpsective , just press p. nice render BTW. [/ QUOTE ] Yep, and I believe you can muck about with the FOV in the Draw menu. Default is 70.
Palm, I haven't seen you around in a long time man. Great to see this new piece. I think elongating the proportions would help a bit for the model and as for the color, I pick all 3. :)
timwiese: yep i have 3 normal maps for it, one for the head, two for the body(which includes the hair), also spec maps and opacity rooster: thanks a lot, you got some great stuff too
I hear you Razorb. 9 days left for project hand in. Animating like a mofo atm! Gonna be nice to get some portfolio work on the go that's for sure. the mech's kinda cool for 3 hours anyway :)
Here's what im working on. It's a alien temple for a game company, and right now the textures are 2048 but will shrink them down soon to 1024. Going to add more stuff too it later and export it into the Unreal 3 engine.
heres a small update...I'v only had about 3 or 4 hours to work on it..which makes me kinda sad. Im hoping by friday it will be done but I wouldnt be surprised if it goes a little longer than that.:poly127:
'spose posting scripts for an animated miniseries is beyond the scope of the site I have no art or 3d stuff done in the last 3 months it makes baby jesus cry. but seems like everyone else is doing awesome stuff as usual
Working on a star wars corridor. This is based on the ship that General Grievous is in at the beginning of Ep 3. Just blocked in the colours so far, no real texturing done yet. Using a single 1024 texture sheet for the wall. About 1700 tris.
plasticine 3", started as a head turned into some kinda southern biker guy. put a cigar in his mouth this morning so it now comes with 100% natural plasticine smoke:smokin:. yeah my cam sucks bad, sorry for the crappy pictures
