Here is a small update on the TF2 character with a simple Xoliul shader setup. I need to rig him then the fun will begin when I try to set him up in Team Fortress 2 :\
I've been working on my next update for the Max11 rig...these are two mods that will be in the release as well...Vector and Rocker...and yes i know Vector's eyes are brown...didn't switch out the color...:)
Here is a screenshot of a little character pack that I am working on. None of the textures are done and I still need to make weapons and a Healer. A very skilled friend of mine Fabutan will be rigging and animating these characters.

Have been working on this guy for a long time now. Still got a lot left to do when it comes to rigging, skinning and animating him. Hopefully I can call him done sometime in the future hehe :)
Almost done with this,I gave myself a week (started last Mon.) to work on him. I'll spend tomorrow working on the books and some ghosts. Then I'll call it done... Also need triangulate and re-rig him.
what is wrong with the rig? :) is it a maya rig? - that would explain why it's not all that great ;p the basic mocap you've mapped is cool enough. will be tight after you've cleaned it I'm sure. I would have liked to see these kinds of animations handkeyed as you'd get way better timing and spacing between key poses.. but…
