use an external image hoster like http://imageshack.us , upload your picture there then hit the image button of your reply window ( ) and copy&paste the url to your image file. alternatively some imagehosters supply automatically generated links for you to pick depending on what you are planning to use it for, in that case… -

"Critique" is just a constructive way to tell someone they're doing it wrong. I'd say you're way off on that. A single asset can be all the context it needs.
