Oniram: Thanks! I love your clean sci fi environment! I want to try to do something like that next. Nerf Bat Ninja: I will teach you anything you want to learn sweetheart!
christ, those videos are all pretty depressing. what kind of retards smash their own city up? at least go smash someone else's city! they should just ban sports for a year to teach them a lesson
I will vouch that every student in San Diego and well..Southern California should go see the master at his craft. Ott, though adorably grumpy, knows his shit and is really good at teaching! GO! LEARN!
Yeah, mentioning the shortcut to a tool as opposed to explaining where to find the tool itself is a common mistake made by people who have little experience teaching. It being so widespread is unfortunate. Best of luck in your research !
This looks great man! I like the tri lens thing going on in the front. How much time do you usually get to work on a mech? Can't wait to see the other environment stuff you did.
See, BoBo and illo, the problem with your driving after GTA is that you take those games seriously. If you'd just see it as camp it would have no effect on you whatsoever, despite being an active teaching medium.
some of these are interesting https://www.gameartinstitute.com/game-artist-podcast/ Im not sure yet but I think its sometimes a bit heavy on instruction/teaching stuff rather than worklife or lifestyle or personal artist journey stuff
Wow... I mean... wow... Teach me please! This and your other showreel are amazing. The sense of weight, timing and friction are amazing. Can you give a newbie any tips? What software do you use?
dude learn the basics ffs ! everyone nowadays jump straight into sculpture without even knowing proportions etc, lowpoly art can teach you that alot. Dont put the van infront of the cows ( is that expression valid ? )
those cylinders do not need that many sides. period. I second MOP's idea of making the gun model blend in with the mesh so it doesnt look like a mech with a Q3 gun hovering in mid air above it.
