that's some crazy flow on the side of the head, get rid of all those quads in the spiral, they arent adding to anything. The hands Look really small / thin, thumbs don't come off the hand like that - checkout some reference or study your own a bit closer :) The arms are also too thin compared with the rest of the body. Microsoft free "Expression Design 4" for example could put up to 10 alternating pieces of bitmap images along a stroke + separate start/end images, RGB or B&W, tiling like a snake, stretching to stroke extent or scattering around randomly.
