I'm not entirley sure If i Understand What padding Does . But For The mean Time When I Turned Up The Padding To 32 I Still Got The Wierdo Pixels on The Inside..

Thank you. Does the seams apply only for normal maps, or can baking maps in zbrush results also in seams visible in displacement maps (32 bit EXR mainly, but 16 bit tiffs too)?
also - make the xnormal dilation into an action which runs 2 or 3 times at 32 pixels - it saves the lag of the preview loading up, and gives you a wider pad much faster. Bung it on a hotkey. :D
In RPG terms, you went from level 8 to level 32. Makes me wonder why kind of exploits you're using. You must have found the best farming spot for experience. =p
Doing a Flatten then Save As works for me in 2014.2.2. There is an alpha channel in the saved file. I'm sure you know this but make sure Alpha Channels is checked in the Save As window, and you are saving as a 32-bit file.
