Hey, not sure if you're wanting critique... but I'm assuming you do. So here's my 2 cents The face could do with some more attention, the eyes look a bit cross eyed and the Forearm seems small and the knees look quite low. The texturing is nice though and I like his suit :) -

I'm not really into characters that much, so this should be taken with a grain of salt I guess, but anyway, another 2 cents from me. ps and seriously stop with presentation crap for the moment. that backdrop is awful quality, not to mention its too bright to present that particular character. something darker, but not too… -

yeah coots, got a bit invlolved in this game:0 some stuff is seperate from the locations and there is no indication as to where to find them ie I have 100 per cent on all the towns, bases etc 188 hours BTW - not great ,but I was n't using extraction very much for the first half of the game -

Awesome stuff, I would say though, your cobbles on the floor are the thing that's losing it for me, if they were really cobbles then it would have to be on more even terrain, or add depth to the cobbles and have some sticking out of the ground. Great stuff non the less, thought I would give my 2 cents. -

^ I wouldn't, you need money to live and somewhere there has to be a line you don't cross, but that is just my .02 cents. We all like free but that doesn't put food into your body, with that said thank you for what you have posted. I am sure you'll decide what is best. -

It could be a bit more dynamic imo. Right now it looks pretty boring. And he's holding his weapons up like he's ready to charge into something, but his horse isn't moving so it seems a bit pointless. Try to make the horse seem like it's moving or something. Just my 2 cents. -

Great post Mark. First of all it seems pretty ironic that you aren't telling anyone at your work but you are telling the game industry in Polycount. That aside, try to talk to him. Address your concerns and try to suggest solutions. All in a professional manner. See how that goes first. My 2 cents. -

Haha been following this since you started, so bloody awesome !! Just my 2 cents regarding rendering, feels like there's too much contrast in the saturation. Did some paintovers for giving the render more tone - just used hue colorizer with 20% opacity, and bit of vignette to pop things out. -

My 2 cents don't bite off more then you can chew being a lead has a lot more to do with management and politics then it does art. If things go south for investments and projects they won't be looking at the grunts they will target management first. Good luck with whatever you end up doing man.
