That is the one big advantage of having so many layoffs. The surviving studios get to poach all of the best talent. I don't mean to criticize, Spark. Though slightly mercenary, it is an entirely justified response. And I'm certain that anyone who has been affected by these regrettable closings would be more than grateful… -

I think it was him in his Mercedes, and later overdubbed with a Ferrari in order to keep his identity secret as being the driver.… -

Yeah I think a few people post here that work or worked there. Someone posted some chars from Mercenaries and another person posted some envirs. I'm horrible with names, dates, faces, places, planes, trains, automobiles, etc though. Check the pimping board in January. -

It's certainly doable if you don't have a lot of other monthly costs (loans, credit cards, etc). When I first moved to LA I got an apartment in Santa Monica and took a job as a temp QA tester (I'm stupid), and I got by okay. With some smart budgeting you can live a decent lifestyle, and while you wont be driving a mercedes… -

Probably a little better than being taxed to fund a bunch of programs I currently don't agree with. If I'm going to be taxed for something it would be nice to know at least part of it isn't a huge waste. If you want to get your panties in a twist about taxes. You'll see taxes go up not because anyone raises them but…
