Meh the paint deform in max is ok for reshaping and pinching/relaxing but it's crap for detailing imho. Silo 2.0 is your best option. -

Yup! I've started getting the code ready for flow out/in (basically pinch/inflate). Vortex will take a bit of thinking, but should be doable. I'm also trying to implement a blur/blend brush. -

wait, but guys, why not like this? It leaves you the control of the rings so u can chamfer or do anything with it. the more u chamfer, more smooths it goes and u wont see the pinch. -
