That video above is pretty much spot on, I have personally run into a lot of those issues, (xbox one). I had half my ship disappear and fell into space. The saves are a nightmare, as it will put you in "combat mode" and wont let you out even if there are no enemies. example: 20 mins of play through only to be killed and… -
