Looks good to me! The cloth folds on the back of his jacket look a bit odd (too much tight indent, not enough puffing out) and the shape of his hair at the middle of the back of his head is a bit weird, but the detail all seems nicely done. Don't get sad because you haven't gotten work yet. Everybody goes through a lot of rejection when trying to get a job in 3D. Just keep pushing forward!! You need to be a lot more liberal with your poly count in a lot of your work. Your mobius suit is super cool, but the renders kinda suck. Try giving 3 or 4 different… -

Thanks for posting the workflow was awesome to watch. A couple crits that may help. What I mainly noticed was that material wise there is no clear definition between her skin and the armour. They both look like there made from the same. Her skin appears really washed out. I think it may be down to slightly your colour… -

Sick tank!!! I think you rely a bit too much on edge wear generation in the texturing stage. The rest of the texturing makes the tank look somewhat new, but then the edges are really marked up. I don't see much in the anatomy that indentifies this creature as being either a swimmer nor a climber/jumper. The body structure resembles an insect more than anything. An amphibious climber/jumper would most likely have long fingers and toes for gripping branches with webbing between them for swimming and could be spread… -

I think the extra effort is noticed, as long as there is no subtlety about it. Few will conciously notice the rising polygon couts, but they might notice the environment cube reflected in "Heroguy's" shiny armour.
