Have you tried out Blender's Textools by renderhjs? Brilliant baking tools inside blender so. Removing the lateral waves did seem to help a lot, go ahead and throw on LOD 1 and 2 so we can see if there is still some harsh transitioning. and that way see if the alpha map mipping is causing weirdness in the other lodsI would… -
