This is the main reason we need a top row,image hub or other way to see images we would otherwise miss. Think about how much art not so active members miss out on. I would also argue that the forum would attract more members with more accessible art up front.
@alytlebird I don't really have any critique, well done :) Maybe lower the opacity of your signature on the image, so it doesn't attract so much attention from the picture itself? @Toafaloaf Could I suggest a different background colour? You need to keep pumping out models. overall layout of website is good. display your CV/resume is important, can't find it. Just keep producing.Your ballista is looking good. If you feel comfortable try using different styles (but must maintain same quality). This will make you more attractive to more companies.
Its good advice But I find it a bit funny because a recent space marine model that I created has attracted allot of attention and job offers my way. There is always an exception to the rule however people looking to get employed would do well to listen to this. Always, always, always finish what you start.
