Maybe I took black armor too literally, but that is really a material issue and could be changed if necessary with sliders. It is more inspired by armors knights would wear than the original character design. The only thing I kept was the crystal at his center. I'm gonna see if I can't make the armor a bit more greyish… -

The armor covering the thighs goes around the inside of the leg as well, as I assume it does on the outside. They also go underneath the knee-armor parts. The bottom of the chest plate flares out, giving the hip armor something to hang from. I preferred the round curves on the pouldron corners closest to chest on the ref… -

They have 15 vehicles, so your doing 30 textures 15 normal and 15 snow. The Low , Med and High is only the category they fit into. So 5 are low armor 7 are med armor and 3 are high armor, your not doing more but you need to pack them accordingly -

Looks inspired by a Warhammer Orc. Color scheme of the armor matches the flesh tones. This makes it all run together visually. Try out some more contrasting/complimenting colors for the armor. The texturing for the armor looks like you drew out the wire frame on it. Itd looks better painted as big single chunks of metal… -

Those rivets are actually large carriage bolts, They hold the outter armor on and make it easy to replace damaged sections. This extra armor was added after they found out most of the mortar/road side bombs in Iraq punch thru the regular stryker armor. So the bolts aren't really by design its just a half ass way of trying… -
