katzeye are a crazy expensive but their optibrite feature is really worth it for those with cropped camera's (they tend to have really tiny viewfinders) other than that, I've found the screens from http://www.focusingscreen.com/ to be good (tested on my D700). Just try to avoid the FSB/FSL/FSX standard matte screens as…
That is indeed the case. You can play with 2 people split screen online while both of you are logged into your PSN accounts. So even if you play split screen you are leveling up your character :) You can also play split screen for the co-op missions.
Still find it hard to believe, it's not just the lighting that's different, there's entire areas that look different, meshes and textures included. Just look how much more contrast there is in the older screens to the blander-fullbright screens from the ps3/360 release. I do hope the PC version is like those older screens.
yeah, i'd agree about blurring the screen a tad... curious though, are you going for an older look, like its worn down? cause right now it looks like theres cuts and scratches on the screen, but I see no wearing anywhere else. theres not even dirt or grime on the screen :/ also your tape looks more like goo to me.
I also don't understand why people so in love with tablets with a screen. You have a better view of what you are doing not obstructed by your own hands like it always is with real canvas or screen tablet. it's actually quite an advantage and you usually develop screen-tablet hand motoric almost instantly
@KennyTies: Thanks! :) For the screens, I first copied them from the original concept. Then I recreated them with shapes, text and brushes. @Esselle: Maybe your shader for the reflection is not setup correctly. I had a similiar problem before. Are you using the screen position node? If so, make sure you set it to screen…
Really useful for single monitor setups. I found a bug though When you tap the window to the top of the screen, Windows likes to full screen the program. I use this feature for my browser and other things when managing my screen space. Doing this locks the application in place and you can't un-dock it, lol.
I am liking the look of this. I think its a little dark at the moment though perhaps more light coming of the large screen and the smaller screens around the room. I like the floor texture but it might be cool if you could get it to reflect whats on the screen etc like it does in the concept. nice work so far :)
I did implement that and I now have the issue of screen/mouse calibration. When the mouse leaves the screen, it resets the value. Using the axis ("mouse Y")... Should I use the origin of Input.mousePosition.y against the screenHeight? edit: Wow I'm retarded... can easily set the mouse co-ordinate back to screen boundary if…
