If you know the model number of the laptop you should be able to find the drivers from Alienware's website. The model number should be on the laptop somewhere. Even if you can't find drivers on alienware's site, just search "alienware XXXX drivers". -

yeah that's my experience too, seems the games are hosted locally, i saw the text saying "XXXX player is hosting" so your ping and lag would be up and down compared to how good a pc that person has which is kinda sucky way to do things. -
