I'm not sure you're using this the way it's intended to be used. It's intended to show you how long before it becomes more cost effective to buy versus rent. In some situations, it doesn't take long at all...in others it's never better. And 30% on 500k is 150k. Not many people have that kind of scratch laying around… -

Hmm.. Obviously that's a different orc, but the amount of detail looks about the same to me. This was based on the Moria Orcs if that means anything to you, so yes, LoTR.
