Considering you get rid of a tablet it seems like a good thing. I couldn't find reaction time of current cintiqs but I've tried them and it's really noticeable. That lag is a big detractor for me. I don't know how 13ms compares. Does anyone know what the current models sport?

We spent a lot of time getting Bloodrayne's dress simulate well. The Dress model has about 130 exported bones and about half of them are simulated realtime. If you want a loopable cloth simulation you'll need to use bones with reactor or a script as Fat said. Or you could just animate it.
Here is what it looks like so far. A little better than what I had before but still not feeling right yet. I have a skylight with it turned to .5 and a directional light at 1.7 with a slight yellow tint to it, with its shadows on and so far 2 omnis. Feed back is greatly appreciated thanks..
fixed up ao a little and threw it into toolbag Heres an old shot of the wires, may have changed since then dont remmeber. Its about 6500 polys, which is a little more than i would lie but still within reason(ut3 weapons have 12-13k for first person i think?)
from the looks of the pic of the skip mark, he was trying to slow down to get on the off ramp... Always sucks to hear about ANYONE dying in a crash, but honestly... drunk driving? fuck'm... Okay i tried doing AO map and i followed this tutorial http://www.game-artist.net/forums/spotlight-articles/1317-tutorial-ambient-occlusion-maya-alchemist101.html but i tried doing it with my maya version which is 2011 and now i got this now i know this doesnt look right
