If you want to use normal maps in your terrain shader, then you'll probably have to make a custom shader (that's where Strumpy comes in). My suggestions may sound a bit harsh, but I actually do the portfolio evaluation and interview stuff at my job. - get rid of the categories "Characters" and "Weapons" - make "Environments" category your major category where I would like to see breakdowns. Mockup, lighting / normal only, wireframes, textures. - images… -

I actually somehow doubt that "kids learn faster". For instance, a kid being able to operate an ipad doesn't mean that he/she is "smarter" or a "faster learner" than the average adult person that is afraid of the device to begin with - it just means that the OS has been designed in a very, very clever way with great error… -
