I suggest that those who donated to the contest either personally or those who work for a company that donated prizes, speak up about the judging for the next war. I don't agree with whatever method they are pointing people. Rawkstar pretty much summed up how I feel.

Yes, i believe all of the tiles on the original map that valve has created is already inside the map editor. So it seems that we are ready to rock ! Should we make a new sheet at googledocs to sum up and rewrite all those ideas ?
That sums up my feelings with a current client who said there's no deadline so long as the work is fairly consistent. He pays per completed image so thats fine with me :P. I just work on it between deadlines for other stuff.
Go into the material itself in the material editor, using the old compact view (non-node based) Go into the settings for the diffuse map, then set the Blur value to 0,1 and change the filtering method to summed area or none. Should improve the results hopefully :3
How do you know little is being done? All it takes is a strongly worded demand letter asking for a reasonable sum from a reputable law firm. Turbosquid might feel it's better to settle and keep it quiet than let the public know.

That video pretty much summed up the most important aspect of eyelids. They follow the shape of the eyeball. Have those in place and you should be fine. How the skin folds like below the brow is pretty individual to age and all that. Reference is your friend there.
If that "leaked" info was from Brokensaints it was still just speculation presented as facts but it sums up the existing rumors very well (gyro controls, pressure sensitivity, etc). You'd probably get more reliable information by having a private talk with some polycounters.
