hell of a lot of a detail in that normal looks awesome red/blue reminds me of Natural Selection for some reason

??? I've never heard of this before. How does the terrain material know how to blend selectively into a certain staticmesh?

Fixed it!.When I went back into I realized the selection bracket was really warped. Thanks Warren. :D

Oh , in blender, go into edit mode, press a to select all, press w, click on remove doubles, then subdivide it

yeah.. check display tab then polygons and select backface culling. When back-faces are culled,polygons are not drawn.

You can select edged with "i" that you want to be straight. Then just unfold them again and they should be straight.
