Looks incredible, can't imagine how good this will look on the iPad 3 display. That resolution is insane, just sold my first gen iPad in preparation for picking up the new one next week. Looks like I will need to be one of those guys who line up though >.< In any case, a Diablo clone from Epic can only be awesome! -

Dude that's a kick ass freakin High Poly. That thing has more detail in one gun than I have in an entire one of my steampunk vehicles I made. Can't wait to see how this bakes. EPIC so far man I just noticed, 4-5 hours WTF?! I gotta learn to model that fast lol -

Hmm. That isn't a static mesh is it. That's Unreal's terrain geo, eh? I'd look for some type of vertex color painter within the editor.. I'm thinking it might be a video card problem, noting it works on one computer and not the other.. get the newest drivers.. I'd still like to think you're being hit by Epic's gay gamer… -

Looking so much better mang! Compositionally some sort of foreground in your camera shots would be nice! Right now there is only mid ground and background. Maybe schooch a little closer to get that epic cactus lumbering into the foreground. Also don't be afraid to take multiple shots and show us up close how cool those… -

I've always had a hatred of timed stuff in games, hell, I still haven't beaten Majoras Mask simply because the clock that looks at you all the time scared me off... :( So yeah, I totally agree. If it was the same game, just with no time limit and pick up and play missions, it would be so epic... Its a shame really :( -

I don't know how the guys at Epic feel about Cliffy B being a like psuedo major celeb because of Gears but I'm sure none of them care because they have such an awesome job and get to work on such an awesome project. I know I wouldn't. Hell I would even wash that mans car if he asked me to. -

Nice... it's always a good thing to build meshes based on modular level design. I remember someone at epic said they have been doing their levels like that since ut2k3, and they also said it's probably the best and most efficient way to do it. I have level design this quarter so hopefully i can throw some cool stuff out… -

I was excited about it, but the more cutesy art style it adopted and apparently being able to get to the space stage of the game in about 8 hours has been putting me off. I'd rather it felt more epic, not being able to rush through so quickly. Though obviously not out yet and not played it, so it may not end up like that.
