yeah it was for a contest, which I ran out of time for lol....but managed to get it in in time only had 4 hours to unwrap, bake and "texture" will probably go back and revisit this guy later on and add more details ;)
Fudge. Awesome stuff. Really cool stuff. Amazing that your stuff was still awesome 4-6 years ago. I remember you doing some cgchat contests back in 03-04. Where are those at?
Flag finished, hopefully I'll have time to make a weapon before the contest is over, still have to do masks and promo images. That's also assuming the importer glitch is fixed and I can submit at all D:
I really like the design! The magazine looks awesome. I think you could improve the handle though. Maybe change the handles' texture and the circle in the centre. Anyway really nice skin. Good luck in the contest!
The idea is meh! at best, and this is the wrong thread for stuff like this, wouldn't you think the category "requests" would have been more fitting :poly125:? What it comes down to is; make it yourself or don't bother, atleast not for this contest.
Yeah I should probably learn 3d, I use it now and then but when push comes to shove like on this contest I find myself going back to it more often. Your 3d model is fantastic though.
http://polycount.com/discussion/170640/wip-pc-csgo-ak47-payback#latest for bugging issues ,cant add images here in csgo contest...thread was created on where i could add images ...link above =)
Too many hot deagles....you sw and millenia are my favourites...and from the whole contest a deagle will be picked for sure..i also think this one looks better then the other you made. Typical gaunt signature there
Theres generally contests held over here: http://boards.polycount.net/forumdisplay.php?f=47 All the mini-comps were put on hold for DWIII, but nothing has been started back up since it finished it seems.
Justin_Meisse: Nah, ghost_rider made a version of this model for an older CGChat contest (can't remember if he finished it or not?) ... it wasn't at all bad back then, but this one is a vast improvement. Looking good so far! I love the expression.
