     Artist on tweeter who freelanced for Red5 said he was owed $12K. Even with a contract and hiring a lawyer to go after backpay he was just ignored. He didn't say it outright, but his tweets suggest to be wary of Chinese owned studios (if you do freelance work for them).

     Thanks Pior! Finally an update for this guy, before I put this set on hold for some Chinese themed items! The Lowpoly for the spirit bear is done, the druid and trueform also have some work put into them. Here's some marmoset grabs of the spirit bear bake for now.

     Woah Hexadecimal that looks wicked! Super impressive work man! Here's an armour set idea for Riki. It might be too much metal...Trying to keep a chinese dragon feel to it for the new year. I'm gonna start modeling now and probably tweak it a lot as I go.

     Oh my god ..i finally figure it out.. it is because the mesh path not all english..for my cause, i have some chinese word in the mesh path; about the borden glass thing....if i converb the mesh to editable patch in 3Dmax..then it will perfectly display in 3Do:poly142:

     First game that comes to mind is Torchlight, they did pretty much what you said poop. But who knows Red 5's motives or gambles, we really don't' know much about their unshipped title. A decent Chinese MMO could end up being ridiculously profitable.

     Animation was going frustratingly slow, polish is always is a headache. To calm the nerves I'd thought I'd do a lil concept thing for drow with a chinese archer set. Wooo CNY event. Mostly just for fun, but tomorrow elephant will be all completely animated and ready for the big time :o

     To clarify I was talking mainly about the new concepts. Concepts 1-15 are from the Edge article and we've known them to be legit for a while. Anyways, if this source is legit (can't read the original Chinese source) the concepts are real and the artist got in trouble because of the leak, which sucks :/
