It could be noise on the power supply. Perhaps it's some 60 cycle hum on an upper harmonic? Do you have an uninterruptible power supply you can run it on? -

Yeah me too, put lots of time in, didnt even get to lvl70 in MW2... takes maybe 260 hours to get to prestige 5, not 60 :P -

I think you can get away with a less expensive(maybe around 60-70$) power supply. I agree with Asthane about the case too.
