Changed the dust particle as it was somewhat looking more snow or dandruff the dust the be smaller then it currently was and made new textures to replace some in the engine a the carpet felt distracting with the gold trim. Also added an trim sheet for the drapery and banners across the scene.
The lock pan/zoom was replaced with a new method called "2D Pan Zoom". If you're in perspective mode, you click on the [+] in the viewport label and at the bottom of the list you'll see 2D Pan Zoom. Give that a try and see if that's what you're after.

Just do like you are importing something completely new, select your mesh and name it the same as the one you want replaced, and all instances will be updated. As mentioned above, make sure you have the same group name too.
If you import it as a FBX it should bring the vertex colours in. Make sure you have replace vertex colours turned on. http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/FBXImporterUserGuide.html Then you just have to setup a shader with the vertex colour multiplied over the top of the diffuse.
Just fyi, on my phone your site turns up as a blank tumblr blog. You might want to look into breaking the automatic mobile redirection, or seeing if you can replace the redirect with your own mobile code. Not a good look.
Finally started to do a texture pass on some of the Props in the scene! A small Zenith Cube Color TV! And a TEC MA 230 Cash Register! Slowly replacing more assets and starting to texture out most of the Assets I've made already. :)

Have you considered replacing the stick with a more food-oriented serving fork? Sure it wouldn't work for more than one or two hits, but unless it's frozen, neither would the ham... You're missing the bone from the closed end of the ham.
Yes. But you'll basically have to replace the default model with yours. To do that, you have to unpack the game files, do the switcheroo, then boot up the game. BUT every time the game updates, you'll have to redo it. Sooo doable: yes - practical: no.
