There's a difference between subconsciously copying and consciously copying. The subconscious tends to distort memories, forget parts and fill them in with other things, stuff like that. Also, it doesn't copy from a single source like these people.

Because people are copying the video URL with the time stamp in. It seems to be the default youtube behaviour if you copy it from the address bar. Right clicking on the video and copying the URL sans time stamp works better.
Get used to use copy skinweights, its extremely useful. In the case of overlapping stuff, do your weightpainting on a clean proxy mesh, and copy the weights to the complicated mesh. Do the refinement on the proxy and copy weights again.
