Oh wow, thanks for that link. I didn't know about half of those menu's, including the Convert to menu's and scale/rotate menu's. Nice! HLSL in maya is emulated. A second buffer using directX is composited at every frame onto the native openGL viewport of maya. Looks pretty cool adam. One thing that kinda stuck out was her big eye lens. I just don't think that it would be so worn/dirty if it's closed behind the hatches during idle time. It's kind of up to you how many objects make up your model. Just don't have objects intersecting each other, that's messy and you'll have sharp "edges" you have no control over.
