Hi :poly121: did an alien in zbrush its based on a concept art by ISTVÁN DÁNYI http://dxthpu4318olx.cloudfront.net/assets/images/images/000/182/958/large/8fba6073bc391851c58d55948b2a724a0b75e880.jpg?1411322621 :poly142: :poly142: :poly142:
I've seen this formula floating around Specular (f0)= ( ( IOR − 1 ) / ( IOR + 1 ) ) ² that puts acrylic (IOR 1.49) at 0.0387 which is 0.5 which is what everyone works with.. (the 0-1 range in a specular/specular level map being 0.0 - 0.08 normalised)
That reminds me - the current version has a bug w/ specular sharpness and frensel. We have addressed it already for our next release, but right now you may see some odd behavior with environment specular sharpness unless the fresnel factor is set to 0.0.
One usability improvement would be to have the zoom method in the canvas to zoom down to the center of your mouse instead of UV 0,0. My brain throws up when zooming around the canvas. Keep this up, my dollars are ready and I'll be passing it around the office.
The DS has supports 18-Bit (260 000) colors. In photoshop, how do you tell your color palette to only display colors that are 18-bit? I don't know if its something totally noob of me to not know, but I can't find it in the photoshop help files either. Thanks for any help
This should put it in the upper left corner of the primary monitor. You can copy and paste it into the low left of the Max UI, then press enter. SetDialogPos gTextureBakeDialog [0,0]
